  • Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Withdrawal Issues

If a withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, please contact our support team. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly. Common reasons for delayed withdrawals include incomplete KYC verification, unmet bonus wagering requirements, or pending security checks.

Gaming Rules

  • If your internet connection drops, any active game or bet will be securely saved on the server.

Bd66's security system automatically detects suspicious activity. Accounts may be suspended without prior notice if suspicious behaviour is identified.

Account Suspension & Closure

Bd66 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

  • While an identity verification (KYC) process is underway.
  • While a suspicious transaction is under investigation.
  • At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
  • When an incorrect password has been entered multiple times.

Permanent closure

  • For serious violations of the Terms.
  • If fraud or money laundering is proven.
  • If the creation of multiple accounts is confirmed.
  • By order of legal authorities.

For permanently closed accounts, bd66 will decide on a case-by-case basis whether to return any valid balance (excluding bonuses, subject to conditions being met).
